Over seventeen years in the field have taught me that great technology means nothing without the people and processes to support it. I have built my career at the intersection of cybersecurity, infrastructure, and customer success, leading teams in enterprise environments with 500+ users across distributed global networks.

My experience spans the full stack of IT operations: from managing VMware environments with 800+ servers and architecting cloud deployments on Azure and AWS, to building customer care organizations from the ground up at cybersecurity companies like CyberObserver and XM Cyber.

I am a fast learner who thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to change. Whether negotiating with vendors, training teams across time zones, or troubleshooting a critical production issue at 2 AM, I bring the same level of commitment and calm to every challenge.
